If Kima Travel  can provide a confirmation to the availability of a package of booking, either through Online Reservation or other reservations, and there is an agreement on offering from Kima Travel So customer will be required to pay an advance of:

a. Advance payment for reservation 21 days prior to departure or longer (during Low Season period) was Rp. 500.000, -

b. Advance payment for reservation 21 days prior to departure or longer (during High Season period) was Rp. 750.000, -

c. Advance payment for reservation 20 days prior to departure or sooner (during Low Season period) is approximately 50% of the agreed package price.

d. For bookings 20 days before departure or sooner (during the High Season period) are not subject to advance payments and must be immediately settled.

For the settlement price of the package must be made 14 days before (period Low Season) and 20 days before departure date (period High Season).

If on the date specified, whether the applicant has not/do not pay in full, Kima Travel right to cancel the booking and advances that have been paid is lost or not returned.

If cancellation is done less than 14 days (Low Season) prior to departure date, then all the money already paid will not be refunded.

If cancellation is done less than 30 days (High Season) prior to departure date then the money that is paid is not refundable and will be added by the cancellation policy of the hotel.

For those all customers  are encouraged to write the CORRECT FULL NAME according to the name on the passport. Owned international Passport must be valid at least 6 (six) months from the date of departure and was required to obtain a visa for a tour of the cost of each.
